Return & Withdrawal Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy and a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Voluntary Return)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent without prior return approval cannot be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Gift cards or sale items

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

5. 14-Day EU Withdrawal Right (Widerrufsrecht)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This withdrawal right is separate from the 30-day voluntary return policy.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
