We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy as well as the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

1. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving the product.
Requirements for a return:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- All tags and original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.
To initiate a return, please submit a request through our return request form. After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions via email.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Excluded Items
The following items are excluded from our voluntary return policy:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed cosmetic and skincare products where the seal has been removed after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards
- Items purchased at a significant discount and clearly marked as non-returnable
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement product is:
- Return the original item using our return request form.
- Once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the legal requirements are met.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement.
The item must be unused and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.
Please note that sealed cosmetic and skincare products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that additional processing time by your bank or payment provider may apply.
